Silent Auction Donation Form
Following a successful tradition that has evolved over the last couple of biennium, we look forward to your Leagues’ gift basket donations, which will help raise the funds needed to continue our advocacy and membership activities.
Due to the recent tax code changes, your attention to reporting specific values
of each item in your basket will help us provide the winners of the baskets an appropriate value for tax purposes.

Gardening Basket

Gardening gloves, shovel/tools, watering can, kneeling pad, bug/insect spray, plant food, garden fertilizer, potting soil, hose sprayer, pots, seeds/bulbs
Baking Basket
–
Content Ideas: different chips/morsels, vanilla, sprinkles, frostings, baking powder, baking soda, cookie cutters, measuring cups, spoons, oven mitt, flour, sugar, brown sugar, powdered sugar, oil, baking pans, cooking lesson, cook books
