Miel Johnson has served on LWV of Illinois’ Board of Directors since June 2025.

Miel is a lifelong Illinoisan, proud mother of three sons, an active member of her community and her local League, LWV of Arlington Heights, with a 20+ year career as a consultant leading large scale strategy and transformation programs.
