Bylaws Amendments

Per the League of Women Voters of Illinois Bylaws, ARTICLE XIV, Section 1, the bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the delegates present and voting at any convention. 

Proposals for change may come from the League of Women Voters of Illinois board or local League boards. 

There were no proposals for change submitted by a local League board.  A number of the amendments are proposed by the League of Women Voters Illinois board and are identified in the following document.
