LWV members Andi Kenny and Robin Levy will explain how Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission upended nearly a century of campaign finance regulation. It opened the floodgates to virtually unlimited private and corporate money, including dark money, influencing our elections. They will explain the Supreme Court’s ruling and discuss how it has changed our elections and what to do about it.

Andi Kenny is counsel at Jenner & Block LLP. A public policy major at Duke University and a graduate of University of Michigan Law School, Andi has been practicing environmental, health and safety law for nearly 40 years.
