Regina Crider has served on LWV of Illinois’ Board of Directors since June 2025.

With over 20 years of experience as an advocate in child-serving systems, particularly in mental health and education, Regina is deeply committed to supporting families and children. Currently, she serves as a Senior Policy Analyst at Chapin Hall, where she focuses on children's behavioral health, and as the Senior Pastor at Crossroad of Life Community Church. Her work in policy analysis emphasizes communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

Regina resides in Rantoul, Illinois, where she was elected as a Village Trustee in 2021 and is currently in her second term. Throughout her career, Regina has championed numerous community initiatives to empower parents and families to advocate effectively for their children's needs. In addition to her professional work, she is passionate about developing leadership training programs and serving on the boards of the Illinois Children’s Healthcare Foundation and NAMI Illinois. Regina is a member of LWV of Champaign County.
