LWVIL Gathers for Statewide Convention

League members from across Illinois gathered in Naperville this weekend for LWVIL’s 62nd Biennium Convention! We celebrated all that we have accomplished over the past two years and planned for the future together. 

Thank you to everyone who attended as delegates and observers. Having this many League members working together in one room will always be energizing and validating.

Thank you also to our keynote speaker, Congresswoman Lauren Underwood, for her inspiring opening remarks, and to DuPage AME Church and the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwestern Indiana for kicking off the program.
