Elizabeth Carpenter has served on LWV of Illinois’ Board of Directors since June 2025.
Elizabeth has lived in Chicago for nearly 10 years after moving to the city for college. She is an environmental attorney with DiCello Levitt LLP who works on behalf of individuals, communities, and states to hold polluting companies responsible for their actions. Elizabeth is also a newlywed! In her spare time she works with the Chicago Bar Association and LWV of Chicago on environmental issues and projects.
